We ship across India with a tracked courier. Finished, ready-made binders ship within 3 working days of payment. Commissions ship when painting is complete — we send progress photos on WhatsApp along the way, from sketch to sealed cover.

If your binder arrives damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the binder and the packaging, so we can raise it with the courier and make it right.
