Refunds

Finished, ready-made binders: returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

A binder you win in a drop (our auctions) has no change-of-mind return, but is covered for defects, transit damage and misdescription as below. See the Auction rules.

If we can't deliver your binder, we refund you in full.

The sketch is free. After you approve it, you pay a 50% deposit and we schedule painting. You can cancel for a full refund until we start painting (we'll message you before the first brushstroke). Once painting has started, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due before dispatch.

The sketch stage includes 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Once paint goes onto the binder, that stage is done — paint can't be undone, so further changes are handled as a fresh commission.

Hand-painted colour will vary slightly from screen to screen and piece to piece — every cover is painted, not printed, so no two are identical. That variation on its own isn't grounds for a return.

We do stand behind the work: if a binder arrives defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was agreed, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll repaint, replace or refund it — commission or not.
