We collect your name, WhatsApp number, email, city and any reference images only to quote, paint and deliver your binder, and to send drop alerts you opt into.

To bid, you verify your Indian mobile number once with a code. We keep your verified mobile number, the first name and city you give us, your email if you add one, and your bids, maximums and any strikes, so we can run each drop and answer questions about a result.

Your first name and city appear publicly: shortened in the bid history (for example "A***v, Pune"), and in full if you win (for example "Won by Aarav, Pune").

When you ask for a code, we save a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your IP address with the request, not the address itself, only to limit how often codes can be sent.

WhatsApp (Meta) delivers codes and the alerts you opt into, our SMS provider delivers codes by text, Resend sends our emails, Supabase stores our data (in Mumbai), and Vercel runs this website. They use your data only to provide those services to us.

Code requests, with the hashed IP address, are deleted after a day. Your bidder details, bids and strikes stay until you ask us to delete them. Bids on a drop stay on record even then, because they set that drop's price, and so do the details of a purchase we must keep for tax.

We never sell your data. Ask us on WhatsApp, or contact our Grievance Officer via the Contact & grievance page, to see or delete it anytime.
